Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Service Technicians, manage daily operations, and be the main liaison with customers. You will dispatch technicians, drive service improvements, and contribute to employee development within a dynamic, market-leading organization.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of heavy equipment operations, with a proactive approach to service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment, preferably Caterpillar products.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Previous experience with dispatching service technicians required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and dispatch a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Manage day-to-day Field Service operations and act as primary contact with customers.
• Develop and train staff; participate in process reviews for efficiency.
