Ohio CAT is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the branch service shop and yard, ensuring efficient, safe operations and profitability. You will coach technicians, monitor repairs, and stay current with warranties and policies, working with fellow supervisors to grow the team.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and technical aptitude in a heavy equipment environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of industry experience.
• Five years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proven experience working closely with internal and external customers.

Mansioni

• Lead the branch service shop and yard to ensure an efficient, safe, and profitable operation.
• Oversee technicians and provide coaching, development, and training.
