Job summary

Cleveland Brothers CAT seeks a Service Supervisor to lead Field Service and Main Shop teams, ensuring efficient assignments and top quality delivery. You will supervise diverse personnel, uphold safety policies, and drive profitability while maintaining KPI targets.

You will coordinate warranty work, manage WIP, and foster strong union relations, with responsibilities spanning service operations, customer satisfaction, and cost control across 29 locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise service personnel and maintain union relations.
• Knowledge of construction equipment repair procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service personnel and sales effort for existing and new customers.
• Ensure warranty requirements are met and manage WIP timelines.
• Conduct safety meetings and investigate accidents.
• Coordinate outside vendor work with shop progress.
