Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day management and training of field staff in the Tampa, FL territory. You will oversee employee selection, development, and safety, while guiding service activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role reports to the General Manager in Tampa. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience with technician teams, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and safety across

Qualifikationen

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years)
• Experience working with a team of technicians is required
• Leadership experience is required
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service

Aufgaben

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials
• Conduct field education training with the field workforce
• Improve efficiencies, manage route schedules and callback rates
• Provide technical support to field staff, internally or via specialists
• Authorize repair orders and track completion
• Lead change toward better efficiency and communication
