Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Manager in the United States (Oregon) to lead a team of field service professionals delivering safe, high-quality service to customers. The role partners with sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain to achieve customer and business objectives.

You will be responsible for field service execution, technician performance, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership and team development.
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, priorities, and operational demands.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and data-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery and manage ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors and ~35 Field Engineers.
• Optimize workforce planning, standard work, metrics, tools, and documentation to meet commitments.
• Guide performance and development of field service staff through clear expectations and accountability.
• Strengthen customer relationships, resolve escalations, and meet service-contract commitments.
• Improve satisfaction, retention, growth, and financial performance through forecasting, revenue attainment, and cost control.
• Use KPIs and data to improve technician productivity and execution; partner cross-functionally to improve processes.
