Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager in Hartford, CT to lead a team of field service pros, drive safety and quality, and enable significant business impact. You will partner across functions to meet customer commitments and optimize performance while developing talent and improving margins.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership and team development.
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, priorities, and operational demands.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery for a ~$25M P&L, directing ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors and an extended team of ~35 Field Engineers.
• Optimize workforce planning, standard work, metrics, digital tools, documentation, and corrective action.
• Strengthen customer relationships, deliver service-contract commitments, and improve satisfaction and growth.
• Use KPIs and data to improve productivity and execution.
