Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Field Service Technician team, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. You will coach and develop technicians, direct training on changing processes and technologies, and conduct on-site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and formal correspondence.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.
• Ability to climb a 40 ft ladder safely and manage load limits.
• Willingness to work 45+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Service Technician team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coach technicians to deliver high-quality service and safety compliance.
• Direct training of Installers/Technicians on processes and technologies.
• Perform on-site inspections to assess performance and safety.
• Improve team performance by hands-on work with technicians.
• Manage fleet-related processes including vehicle maintenance.
• Address escalated customer and employee issues.
