Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop 8–10 technicians for a high-performing team.
• Train Installers/Technicians on new processes and technologies.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality service and safety standards.
• Improve team performance by working hands-on with technicians.
• Manage fleet-related processes including vehicle maintenance.
• Address escalated customer and/or employee issues.
