Job summary

EnerStar Solutions is hiring a Field Service Technician to support our clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs. You will collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to deliver high-quality service and clear communication, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Must be able to travel to job sites, lift 50–75 lbs, and work outdoors in extreme weather. A strong safety mindset and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE properly and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently or with a team in field conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfort with mobile devices and field software.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow client and company protocols.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring repairs as needed.
• Install and repair flooring to maintain facilities.
• Interface with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction.
• Obtain client sign-off on service tickets before departure.
• Coordinate with Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and field documentation.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with teammates.
• Travel to multiple job sites and work nights/weekends when required.
