Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in the United States to lead the Site Field Services team, mentor technicians, and drive operational excellence at customer sites. You will coordinate service requests, ensure safety, budget adherence, and timely issue resolution while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years related experience in a customer-facing role; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Ambassador for Luminator.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the Site Field Services team to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality, safety, and budgetary goals.
• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers and internal teams, assigning them to field service technicians accordingly.
• Ensure that all service requests are logged accurately in the system.
• Hire, train, coach, and counsel team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Coordinate contractual compliance efforts across internal teams and business units.
