EchoStar is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an In Home Services team, developing leaders, guiding daily operations, and ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed. You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across local and remote areas.

This role emphasizes coaching, staffing to demand, and using performance data and AI tools to identify opportunities and simplify work for ~2 FSMs and 20 technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience leading site operations or field service teams.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders to grow ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead an In Home Services team of two Field Service Managers and ~20 technicians.
• Develop leaders, guide daily operations, and ensure resources meet needs.
• Improve safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction through coaching and planning.
