Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an In Home Services team of two Field Service Managers, inventory staff, and about 18 technicians across local and remote areas. You’ll develop leaders, guide daily operations, and ensure your team has what it needs to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred.
At least two years of experience leading site operations or field service teams, including managing daily work and employee performance.
Experience developing leaders through regular coaching, honest feedback, and clear expectations that help them grow and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead an In Home Services team of two Field Service Managers, inventory staff, and about 18 technicians across local and remote areas.
Develop leaders, guide daily operations, and ensure the team has what it needs to succeed.
Use performance data and AI tools to identify opportunities, solve recurring problems, and simplify daily work.
