Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Service Technician team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Direct, coach, and develop technicians for high performance and quality service.
• Deliver on-site inspections to coach quality service and safety adherence.
• Improve team performance by working hands-on with technicians.
• Manage fleet-related processes including vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Address escalated customer and/or employee issues.
