Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the national field team, optimize diagnostics, and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach technicians, identify root causes, and streamline field procedures using AI tools, dashboards, and reporting to align daily operations with department goals.

The role focuses on mentoring a high-morale team, reducing return work orders, and improving CSAT while collaborating across the In-Home Services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Critical experience in field service management, team leadership, and operational performance tracking.
• Field service management and performance reporting metrics; AI and digital tools for operational diagnostics and automated reporting; coaching, mentorship, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build trust across the technical team and establish leadership relationships.
• Coach technicians toward mastery and raise customer CSAT.
• Drive operational efficiency to lower return work orders and eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
