Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Program Management, Process Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or process engineering.
• Experience with supervisory leadership, data analysis, and IT workflow management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers to achieve operational OKRs.
• Analyze call volumes and ticket trends to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and CXO leadership to prioritize IT backlog.
• Leverage Generative AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for tool and process improvements.
