Job summary

EchoStar seeks an Operations Manager to lead field operations across local and remote markets, overseeing two Field Service Managers, two Inventory Specialists, and 25–30 field technicians. You will drive operational excellence, customer experience, safety, and strategic objectives from a hands-on leadership style.

You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, develop high-performing teams, and use data and technology to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management or operational leadership.
• Directing facility operations and staff management; performance coaching and team development; operational planning and resource scheduling in time-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and direct daily employee activity to achieve core operational goals.
• Coach, train, and develop managers and service technicians to optimize team performance and drive departmental OKRs.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to analyze site performance data, streamline scheduling, and optimize daily operational workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational execution across all facility functions.
• Establish clear accountability structures to support career pathing toward multi-site leadership.
