Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a seasoned ITSM/DevOps leader to drive operational excellence across Change, Problem, DevOps, and ITSM. You will implement AI-first strategies to optimize routine IT service delivery, ensure robust SLA/OLA governance, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, oversee CI/CD improvements, and champion secure, automated deployment practices within a dynamic, in-person interview environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum Experience: 4 years in ITSM, DevOps, or software configuration management.
• Experience with code repositories and CI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change, Problem, DevOps, and ITSM metrics to align operations with business goals.
• Develop and implement an AI-first strategy for IT service delivery.
• Establish and maintain SLA/OLA frameworks for compliant CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to executive leadership.
