Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Training Manager to drive operational effectiveness and skill development for frontline employees and corporate staff across In-Home Services and Manufacturing & Distribution divisions. The role focuses on bridging learning gaps, scaling training delivery across multi-site teams, and modernizing instructional methods.

You will lead a distributed team, partner with leaders, and ensure workforce readiness, safety compliance, and ongoing employee development aligned with OKRs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 2 years of experience managing teams, preferably remote or multi-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of trainers and training supervisors across multiple locations.
• Drive high-quality, timely training focused on technical skills, safety, compliance and customer service.
• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and manage end-to-end training execution.
