Job summary

Motion is seeking a Supervisor-Field Service to lead a local team of technicians in Rock Springs, WY and Salt Lake City, UT. The role requires coordinating schedules, training, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Under limited supervision, you will manage performance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with management on hiring and field operations to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and five+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with field service operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service technicians and schedules.
• Ensure technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Maintain SOPs and KPI compliance across the team.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new technicians.
• Support customer surveys and quotes as needed.
