Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise semi-routine preventative maintenance and lead at customer sites in Austin, TX. You will manage schedules, direct a field team, and coordinate with senior technical staff to ensure high service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site problem solving, and collaboration with Edwards and customer teams, with opportunities for growth within the Atlas Copco group.

Qualifications

• AS degree or 4+ years' technical experience in a relevant field.
• 5 years related industry experience with training and competencies defined in the training plan for the current position.
• Experience with electronics, mechanical, chemical, or gas in semiconductor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operational activities and serves as single point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.
• Establishes and audits local operating procedures to train Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer sites under supervision from senior technicians or project management.
• Maintains repair and maintenance records; develops a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment.
