Job summary

Edwards, a leader in vacuum and abatement systems, is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products at customer sites. You will deliver frontline support while maintaining safety and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role offers growth through global training and collaboration within the Atlas Copco Group, with opportunities to develop engineering skills in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AS degree substitute may apply.
• 1–3 years in a technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support for installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and escalate when needed.
