Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise and perform semi-routine preventative maintenance of equipment for customer sites. You will lead daily operations, coordinate with senior staff, and ensure adherence to established procedures and schedules.

Key responsibilities include training Edwards and customer personnel, performing special projects, maintaining maintenance records, and generating regular activity reports.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or supervision experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs in semiconductor or related fields.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operational activities and serves as single point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.
• Establishes and audits local procedures, training Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer sites under supervision from senior technical staff.
• Maintains maintenance records and develops preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assists with failure analysis by providing failure mode information.
• Submits data to Edwards technical team to drive improvements.
• Writes weekly/monthly activity reports for customer sites.
