Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC seeks an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise semi-routine preventative maintenance of semiconductor equipment on defined schedules. You willDirect daily operations, train staff, and coordinate with customers for Installation Qualification issues.

You will also maintain maintenance records, lead special projects, and deliver regular reports, while ensuring 7x24 escalation support and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

Leadership and supervisory ability with team coordination experience.
Experience maintaining records and preventive maintenance schedules.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with customer focus.
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics or related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations and act as single point of contact for installation qualification.
Develop and audit local procedures and training materials.
Perform special projects at customer sites with supervision.
Maintain repair records and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support failure analysis and communicate improvements to engineering.
Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports for management.
