Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians at customer sites. You will guide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection activities while coordinating scheduling, resources, and safety compliance.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, track field operations metrics, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals. Strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience including troubleshooting, installing, maintaining or repairing related equipment.
• 1 year of experience leading or mentoring technicians in field service or installation.
• 1 year of experience working directly with customers in field service.
• Experience managing multi-project schedules, labor planning, and field operations.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced lift, ES, or manufacturer-specific certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting services at customer sites.
• Oversee field scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve escalated service issues; partner with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
