Job summary

Integrated Solutions, a Duravant company, seeks a Field Service Tech Lead to oversee installation sites for material handling systems. You will coordinate crews, contractors, customers, and vendors to ensure on-time, safe project execution.

This role requires heavy travel (80%+), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to test and commission equipment per engineering specs. You will mentor installers and support safety improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site leadership experience in industrial installations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews, contractors and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance.
• Experience with material handling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership for material handling installations and subcontracted sites.
• Lead daily planning meetings and resolve safety, quality, productivity, or schedule issues.
• Maintain accountability for site execution and project outcomes.
• Act as primary customer contact throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Manage site logistics, documentation, and compliance records.
• Mentor and develop field installers and subcontractor personnel.
• Collaborate with onsite teams on testing, commissioning, and handover.
