Job summary

FloWorks is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to provide technical support, lead field teams, and oversee the maintenance and installation of key equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex systems and mentoring crew members while ensuring seamless operations on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to effectively communicate and organize tasks efficiently. This role involves considerable hands-on work and may require up to 50% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and lead teams in the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, parts, and components.
• Conduct thorough site inspections for valve installation.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
