You will plan dispatches, optimize resource use, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with customer service, sales and operations to drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

Regular site visits and data-driven improvements will shape service offerings and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field service technicians and mentoring a team.
• Ability to assign tasks, schedule work, and coordinate field service activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze service performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with field service management principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign service tasks, schedule work, and coordinate field service activities to ensure timely response and optimal resource use.
• Plan and organize field service operations, including scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and operations to prioritize requests and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for service inquiries and escalations.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
