Job summary

Provisur is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Field Service Technicians, coordinating installations, training, and 24/7 support for customers. You will align resources with engineering and operations to improve equipment performance and quality.

Required is an associate/technical degree, five years of combined customer and internal communications experience, and five years in service management with staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in related technical field or equivalent work related experience.
• 5 years experience with a combination of customer and internal communications.
• 5 years experience in a related industry or service management.
• 5 years experience managing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel in support of service activities as needed, including installations, training, service work, trouble shooting, field rebuilds, etc.
• Provide leadership to direct reports including employee development, technical support and assistance.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance support in the region and for the entire Weiler product line.
• Support commercial activities by creating aftermarket quotations, RMAs, credits, allowances, etc and sales efforts to achieve assigned aftermarket and/or equipment sales plan.
• Engage with sales, engineering and/or operations on a regular basis to ensure alignment of resources and contribute to process improvement and product enhancements.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
