Thompson Safety, LLC in Sparta, MI is seeking a Service Representative to service and grow our customer base, building strong relationships and meeting customer expectations with urgency. You will develop new business opportunities through cold calls and lead generation while coordinating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the safety field.
• Strong understanding of business, financials, sales and safety principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Develops new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Establishes a line of contact and comfort level between the customer and our staff.
• Maintains contact with customers through sales calls and scheduled service frequency.
• Assists in Company marketing programs/initiatives.
• Contacts potential customers to initiate the sales process.
• Observes and benchmarks peers to replicate best practices.
• Introduces and implements new products and service to assigned accounts.
