Job summary

SRCTec, LLC seeks an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to support Fort Campbell and local units, delivering pre- and post-sales technical support, training, and field assistance. You will integrate with units, document requirements, and develop expertise in SRCTec products.

Position involves travel up to 75% (domestic/international), working onsite at customer locations, and collaboration with Syracuse-based supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, cert, or military experience in engineering-related field with 2+ years experience or Bachelor's in engineering with 0+ years.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network integration principles.
• Familiar with test equipment for basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations domestically and internationally.
• Document expectations and coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Provide technical assistance across engineering, quality, and subcontract teams.
• Develop after-action reports for continuous improvement.
• Support on-site consultation and integration of hardware/software configurations.
• Travel up to 75% including austere environments.
