SRCTec, LLC seeks an experienced Field Service Representative to support Fort Campbell, KY. You will deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, conduct field training, and provide on-site consultation for hardware, software, and network configurations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or military engineering experience with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years
• Deep understanding of technical domains and related specialty areas
• Proficiency with test equipment to diagnose electrical/electronic issues
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering documentation with accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication for training and field support
• Self-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
• Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
• Must have U.S. passport and DoW Secret clearance
• Pass a pre-deployment medical examination

Responsibilities

• Conduct field training and service support at customer locations, including abroad
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and networks
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and subsystem analysis
• Develop test plans and after-action reports for continuous improvement
• Deliver technical training and certification as requested
• Travel to field sites and adapt to austere environments as needed
• Coordinate with engineering and subcontract teams to ensure delivery quality
