SRCTec, LLC seeks an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Hood, TX. You will deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, including demonstrations, training, and field assistance, integrating with units in garrison and CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Ideal candidates have an engineering-related degree or military experience, plus hands-on hardware/software/network familiarity. Willingness to travel up to 75% and obtain clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher in engineering or related field with 2+ years of work experience, or a Bachelor's in engineering.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering documentation.
• Basic electrical/electronic diagnostics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under close supervision.
• Engage with customers and end users to document expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused engineering culture delivering value to clients.
• Support customer operational needs, including travel to field sites as needed.
• Provide technical assistance to engineering, quality, configuration management, and subcontract teams on routine tasks.
• Develop and document after-action reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist in on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and network configurations.
