Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to become one of two OEM representatives supporting local units at Fort Hood, TX. This role focuses on delivering pre- and post-sales technical support through product demonstrations, training, and field assistance, integrating with assigned units in garrison and potentially deploying CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Engineering-related degree or military tech experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Eligible for security clearance to Secret level.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, pass pre-deployment physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations.
• Document expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support.
• Create after-action reports for continuous improvement.
• Support hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Travel to field sites as required.
