Job summary

Domino Amjet in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment, manage customer interactions, and support the Domino team with proactive service.

The role requires traveling to customer sites across the territory, delivering on-site training, diagnosing and repairing systems, performing preventative maintenance, and offering after-hours technical support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites and Domino offices within the territory.
• Provide field service and on-site training for Domino printing equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Provide after-hours telephone technical support as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
