Job summary

Domino Amjet in Gurnee, IL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment and support customers across the United States. The role requires travel to sites, on-site training, and proactive customer management.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain Domino products, support after-hours calls, and collaborate with sales to drive retention and growth. An associate degree in electronics and at least 2 years of field service experience are preferred,

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites.
• Provide onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours on call.
• Manage customer relationships to promote retention and growth.
• Promote Domino products and aftermarket range.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams when opportunities arise.
