Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences PLC is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino equipment and manage customer relationships across the territory. Travel to customer sites and Domino offices is required, with onsite training and proactive maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role includes after-hours support and close collaboration with sales and internal teams to deliver value to customers. Field-based position with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations including customers, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service and onsite training on Domino equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours on call.
