Job summary

Domino Amjet in Gurnee, IL seeks a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment, manage customer relations, and contribute to the support team. The role requires travel to customer sites across the United States, onsite training, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and after-hours support on a rotation.

Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience required; 2+ years field service and valid driver’s license are essential; salary offered is

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of field service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites including customers, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites across the territory with regular travel nationwide.
• Provide onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per customer production schedules.
