Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment and manage customer relations within the assigned territory. The role involves extensive travel across the United States and strong focus on uptime and service quality.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Domino products, while delivering technical training and supporting the sales and service teams. A proactive approach to customer care and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• 2+ years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites, vendors and Domino offices as needed.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per production schedules.
