Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to deliver field service for Domino printing equipment and to manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and uptime across the assigned territory.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent, at least 2 years of field service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and after-hours support are expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites nationwide.
• Offer onsite training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and align with production schedules.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours coverage.
