Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences PLC is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment. The role requires traveling to customer sites across the United States and delivering onsite training, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.

You will manage customer relationships with a focus on retention and growth, support sales teams, and participate in after-hours on-call support. Valid driver's license and 2+ years field service preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino equipment at customer sites with regular travel nationwide.
• Provide onsite training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per schedules and specs.
• Provide after-hours telephone/onsite support as needed.
