Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to travel regionally and provide field service for Domino printing equipment. You will train customers, diagnose and repair systems, and support the customer base with technical guidance and proactive service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations including customers and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites.
• Provide onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours.
• Develop customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to deliver value.
