Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences PLC in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment and manage customer relationships.

You will travel to customer sites, deliver onsite technical training, diagnose and repair system issues, and support after-hours calls while collaborating with sales and internal teams to maximize uptime and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years of field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for field service.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver onsite training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per customer schedules.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours, weekends and holidays.
• Develop customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to leverage opportunities.
• Manage Domino parts inventory and install base profile.
