Responsibilities

• Travel to customers, vendors, and Domino offices to provide field service.
• Deliver onsite training on operation, repair, and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per production schedules.
• Provide after-hours phone support on a rotational basis.
• Manage customer relationships with a focus on retention and growth.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to deliver value.
