Job summary

Amcor is seeking a field service professional to provide technical assistance and support for packaging equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, install and start-up equipment, and train customers on operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent site/industrial training.
• 3–5 years experience in food packaging industry (material & machinery).
• Willing to travel 60% or more and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely technical assistance to customers on packaging equipment operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical packaging machine issues with Level II aptitude.
• Install, start-up, and service Amcor packaging equipment at customer sites.
• Communicate problems to staff and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of Amcor equipment and film.
