Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies seeks a Service Engineer or Specialist to deliver service and support for customer control systems, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. You will lead service efforts, troubleshoot controls, program DDC/PLC/DCS systems, and assist with commissioning and training.

The role involves travel to customer facilities, on-site start-ups, and collaboration with technical teams. A mechanical/electrical engineering background and HVAC experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering track or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of at least one applicable controls platform listed.
• Knowledge of HVAC and building automation concepts favored.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and HMIs.
• Onsite system startup, commissioning, and tuning.
• Support sales teams and maintain customer relationships.
