Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Service Engineer/Specialist to deliver service and support to customers, maintaining SLAs and guiding troubleshooting of control systems. You will lead service efforts, independently resolving issues and coordinating with technical teams on-site or remotely.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience, plus hands-on knowledge of multiple controls platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
• Experience with multiple controls platforms (listed under Skills).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, tickets) and respond to incidents to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents quickly.
