Job summary

Roche Support Network seeks a Field Engineering Specialist to travel for on-site repair/installation of Roche products and to support laboratory customers in the assigned territory. You will diagnose, repair, and document service activities and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires travel, including overnight stays, and a background in electronics, IT, or related fields. Competitive compensation with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking; or a Bachelor's with 1-2 years.
• Successful completion of RD Services Leadership certification or policy-defined training.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site repair and installation for Roche product lines.
• Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures; document activities.
