Job summary

Roche Support Network in Florida seeks a Field Engineering Specialist to diagnose and repair Roche product lines, provide on-site service to laboratory customers, and conduct preventative maintenance across East and Southeast Florida.

This role requires 5 years of progressive hardware/software repair experience or a engineering degree with 1-2 years of related work, plus willingness to travel up to 20%. A discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent training.
5 years of progressive repair experience OR a Bachelor's in engineering with 1–2 years of related experience.
Certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
Ability to travel up to 20% (overnight travel may be required).

Responsibilities

Showcase expertise in technical repair for Roche assigned product lines.
Provide on-site service and routine preventative maintenance for laboratory customers.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
Serve as customer contact for technical and service issues; document activities.
Contribute to quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of service activities and parts usage.
