Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma plus 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience.
5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking, or a Bachelor's with 1-2 years of progressive experience.
RD Services Leadership training/certification mandatory.
Ability to travel including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, install Roche products at customer sites (lab and field).
Document activities and contribute to quality improvements.
Provide routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation.
Serve as customer contact for technical and service-related issues and ensure satisfaction.
