Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical or hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Perform on-site installation, service, and preventive maintenance of Roche products.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
